Making great headway on the Sioux Central Community School District expansion.
Project Update: Building a Future for Our Rebels
I wanted to provide everyone with an exciting update on the progress of our construction project. It has been a productive season, and the transformation of the site is truly remarkable to witness. We have reached a major milestone as all the concrete has been successfully poured, giving us the first real look at the expansive footprint of the interior. It is incredibly rewarding to see the vision finally coming together, from the solid foundation of the new floors to the installation of the windows and frames that are now defining the building's exterior.
The stage area is also coming together nicely, with metal framing and structural work well underway to create a premier performance and gathering space for our school. Currently, crews are utilizing high-reach scaffolding and lifts to complete the essential upper-level work, including HVAC and electrical installations. Once that equipment is cleared and the scaffolding comes down, I look forward to sharing more photos that will capture the full volume and impressive scale of this facility. This is going to be an amazing space for our future students and the entire SC community. Have a great Monday and Go Rebels!
