Meet John Theiss!

John Theiss has served as Corporate Secretary and General Counsel for Key Tronic since November 2022, bringing decades of legal, business, and executive leadership experience to the team.

As the founder and leader of Truss Faber PC, John advises clients in litigation, arbitration, and fractional general counsel services. Throughout his career, he has also served as President & CEO of a federal government contracting firm supporting U.S. Department of Defense projects and practiced domestic and international litigation as an equity partner at two prominent law firms.

John's diverse background spans corporate law, construction, government contracting, and business leadership, providing Key Tronic with strategic legal guidance backed by real-world executive experience.
He holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington, earned his Juris Doctor with Honors and Order of the Coif from DePaul University College of Law, and graduated cm laude from Middlebury College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
