We’ve ignored enough red flags in relationships. We’re NOT doing it with contractors, too. 🚩😂

🚩 Broken promises. Cutting corners. Bare minimum energy.

✅ Showing up. Being honest. Caring about the details. Actually standing behind the work.

Listen, we believe in GREEN FLAGS all the way over here.

Woman-owned. Crew-first. Proud of every home we put our name on.

Your in-laws are coming for Thanksgiving, and that wall you’ve been meaning to paint since 2022 is STILL staring at you.

Turns out the Pavilion Painting crew knows how to have a good time OFF the clock, too! 😂🚣‍♀️

We traded paintbrushes and ladders for kayaks, obstacle courses, and some much-needed fun in the sun a few weekends ago!

Our Pavilion Painting team and their families had an absolute BLAST spending the day together at the beautiful Girl Scouts camp on Lake Coeur d’Alene!

A HUGE thank you to the Girl Scouts, one of our amazing clients, for so graciously opening up their incredible facility for our company retreat. We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with such a wonderful organization!

Between conquering the obstacle course, kayaking on the lake, and making memories with our families, it was a day full of laughs, teamwork, and a little friendly competition.

And because the Girl Scouts clearly know the way to our hearts, they even sent us home with boxes of their delicious cookies! 🍪

At Pavilion Painting, we believe a great company is built by great people. And getting to spend time together outside of work, with the families who support our crew every day, makes us appreciate this team even more.

Good people. Great memories. And Girl Scout cookies.

Pretty sure that’s what we call a PERFECT company retreat!
