At Kelchner, safety isn’t just a policy—it's part of who we are.
Today our entire team came together for our annual Drug Free Workplace Training, reinforcing our commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy, and productive work environment for everyone.
We also had a great morning with Austin Duckworth from BuildWitt, a leader in workforce development for the heavy civil, construction, and dirt world. They focus on helping crews build stronger communication, leadership skills, and jobsite culture. Austin brought energy, insight, and practical takeaways our teams can use every day.
A big thank‑you goes to Megan Wendling from HTH Safety Solutions, who led our Drug Free Workplace Training. Megan walked the team through the importance of maintaining a drug‑free environment, how impairment impacts safety, and what each of us can do to look out for ourselves and one another. Her session was engaging, informative, and reinforced why this training matters for every employee—from the field to the office.
Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make today a success. Investing in our people is what keeps Kelchner strong.
Proud to keep raising the bar—together.
