Yesterday we were brainstorming, dreaming up new ways to bring our fried pie lovers together, talking Amazin’ Glazin’ aprons… and then we had some big ah-ha moments!

Tuesdays & Thursdays are for frying pies, Wednesdays & Fridays are for delivery, so get ready!

You’d never believe how we make our 🍋 lemon fried pies or any of the others!

This month’s lemon fried pies are made with fresh lemons, sugar, water, egg yolks and corn starch- that’s it! No added dyes, no preservatives, just all natural.

We’re making more pies today and dropping our next fresh batches Wednesday and Friday at our retail partners so get ready, it’s almost that special time again- to shut your pie holes!

Our business is truly a family affair!

Everyone who works with us is family, and today Maddie got to take a field trip out to Hancock Farms to pick up freshly picked blackberries that we’ll be turning into our homemade blackberry pie filling this week!

We absolutely love partnering with local farms to bring the freshest ingredients possible to our pies. There’s just something special about fruit that goes from the farm to the pie cottage in the same week.

Be sure to check with our retail partners this week and grab a blackberry fried pie made with fresh blackberries from Hancock Farms. Trust us, one bite and it’ll make you shut your pie hole!

What a week in the Pie Cottage!

We made just shy of 2,000 fried pies, delivered twice to our amazing retail partners, sold out at Friday Night Market, and came home from The Homestead Festival with only 8 pies left!

Our fourth year at Homestead was one for the books. Seeing familiar faces, meeting new pie friends, and spending time with such an incredible community in Columbia is always a highlight.

A huge thank you to everyone who bought a pie this week, whether from a retail partner or at one of our events. Because of y’all, we get to keep doing what we love (and keep the fryers working overtime!).

But today we rest! Because tomorrow is a new week and new pies to make!

From our family to yours, thank you for the support, encouragement, and for helping us spread a little fried pie happiness across Tennessee.

Good morning, pie friends!

We’re on Day 2 of the Homestead Festival down in Columbia, Tennessee!

Yesterday was an incredible day reconnecting with customers from years past and meeting all kinds of new pie friends along the way. We are so thankful for every conversation, every smile, and every pie purchased.

The gates open at 7:00 AM, and we’ll be here serving up fried pies until we sell out!

We are continually amazed by the support you all show our family business. God’s blessings never cease to amaze us, and we are grateful for each and every one of you!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by tonight. We sold out in just 30 minutes, and we’re still trying to wrap our heads around it.

🎉 We’re excited to announce a new retail partner - The Crocker Store in Orlinda, Tennessee! ☕🥧

Recently restored, this beautiful 1869 building once served as a general mercantile store. Owners Dan and Debbie Green have worked tirelessly to bring this piece of history back to life, preserving its character while creating a welcoming place for the community to gather.

Now, you can stop in for a great cup of coffee and one of our delicious fried pies, all while enjoying a little slice of Tennessee history. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be greeted by Miss Debbie herself!

We love seeing things that were once forgotten find new life again. Whether it’s a historic building or a generations-old family recipe, there’s something special about preserving the past and sharing it with the next generation.

Traditions are living on, and we’re honored to be a small part of the story. ❤️
