Welcome to Scapegoats Bar & Grill in North St. Charles. We had the pleasure of revising this space to accommodate the vision of the new owners.
The scope included new electrical, bead board/wall finishings and tying into the existing bar structure with new framing and custom cabinets/white oak butcher block top and drink rails with epoxy finishes.

We finally finished about 95% of the exterior on this Historical home located at ground zero of the devastating tornado that ripped through the heart of St. Louis on May 16th 2025.

By nothing short of a miracle and due to impending thunderstorms early the following week which would’ve caused hundreds of thousands in additional interior damage, we were able to frame/sheath and waterproof a temporary roof over the structure by the end of day Sunday the 18th.

We engineered this temporary roof to enable the entire rebuild to take place without the need to remove the structure with the primary purpose being to keep the interior of the home protected from the elements throughout the process.

The entire brick parapet and new roof framing/sheathing was installed within the temporary structure and was removed the day prior to the new TPO roof membrane being installed.

We custom milled wood balusters located within the recesses of the brick parapet to match the original profile to perfection and replaced all of the custom metal cornice caps/coping.

This beautiful home required replacement of a large portion of exterior trim, structural repair of rotted front porch columns and replacement of deteriorated dormer windows.

Check out the second level of this detached garage we converted into a bona fide recording studio!

We relocated/replaced the HVAC system to a new a mini split, framed in the opening from the old wall unit and replaced all siding on the front elevation of the structure to ensure a seamless finish.

All interior walls/ceilings were gutted to the studs, re-insulated with rockwool sound dampening insulation and covered by 1/4” thick mass loaded vinyl soundproof sheeting.
All penetrations/seams/gaps were sealed with acoustic sealant/tape followed by a layer of 5/8” drywall.

Excited to hear all the great music that will be born in this new space!

What a cool hip style patio cover project we just completed! Wrapped in Boral/PVC soffit with Douglas Fir angle braces ready for paint this coming spring 👀

The parapet has been completed, time to install all of the HVAC/mechanical in the attic then we will get the roof framed and dried in!

Due to a pipe burst on the second level, all three floors of this beautiful Wildwood home were damaged. This was the perfect opportunity to customize their kitchen and other affected areas during the rebuild process.
