• Be able to be left alone and still complete tasks required for the day
• Attention to detail and quality oriented
• Show up on time, be as positive as you can.
• Willing to work long hours if job dictates (Normal work day is 8 hours, some situations may constitute 10-12 hour days)
• Be able to lift and carry up to 80lbs (It’s rare, but it happens)
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Be able to pass a drug test
• Assist onsite carpenters with bringing materials or tools to them to complete the project on time
• Pay based upon experience and a 30 day probationary period, once proven pay can be adjusted to fit skill level

• Must be able to read a tape measure, add and subtract fractions and convey measurements accurately to others
• Be a quick learner
• Have basic knowledge of layout (how to square mathematically, plumb, level, elevations, etc.)
• Have knowledge of the following trades: Framing, Drywall, Flooring (Wood, Tile, and Laminate), ACT ceilings, Painting, Caulking, Doors and Frames, Hardware, Trim (Casing, Base, Crown), Cabinets (Kitchen and Bath), This means you must know how to do the above items or at the very least be knowledgeable of the above skills
• Be able to be left alone and still complete tasks required for the day
• Attention to detail and quality oriented
• Show up on time, be as positive as you can.

• Willing to work long hours if job dictates (Normal work day is 8 hours, some situations may constitute 10-12 hour days)
• Be able to lift and carry up to 80lbs (It’s rare, but it happens)
• Have hand tools and tool belt (All power and pneumatic tools will be provided by the company)
• Reliable transportation to and from work (A truck is preferred, but not required, access to certain jobsites require 4wd)
• Pay based upon experience (a probation period of 60 days will take place, reevaluation of pay will take place after probationary period)

**Part time opportunity would be considered, however applicant must be skilled with 10+ years of experience to be considered for part time**
