Hi everybody i dont put many pjcs of my paint pronects on here. this was a commerciall buidling i painted. i sprayed the ceiling tiles black(missing tiles is where lights are being put in. i painted the walls, doors and trim. it quite a bit of paint. i dlnt have any before pics, i always forget those. when its time to paint im laser focused.

i had to make a video about spraying. most if the time spraying a house is overkill. spraying when not necessary has its problems for example overspray, wasted materials and money such as plastic,paper, tape, and its almost double the paint cost. DO NOT spray if you dont have to

hi everybody, i need people to know this. if you paint bathtubs and tile, you absolutley 1000% need to acid wash. i am constantly seeing painted tile that has not been acid washed. it is literally the most important part of prep. paint does not stick to porcelain thats isnt acid washed, it will 1000% peel. if your refinisher doesnt acid wash, fire him/her immediatly. they give good refinisher a bad rep and has to stop.

they put a privaxy fence last year (2023), and it is already falling apart. ive called quite a few times and got the old he will call you back. only to not recieve a call back and not answering anymore of my calls. they did a terrible job securing the sections to the posts. majority of the screws looks like the pictures. remember this is only a year later
