These last 3 days of work consisted of framing new shelves for plenty of storage on the second level of this loft and also prepping for wall metal, installing outlets, installing trim around all the edges and installing old barn metal on the walls.

These last few heavy rains took a toll on this driveway, we removed the old culvert and replaced it.

We also added 5' to both culvert pipes to expand the curve of the driveway for a truck and cattle trailer to enter and exit with no issues of room.

We removed all sod and laid down fabric and installed channel liner rock to help with the heavy rainfalls and to also hold everything together.

This is built to last!

Anything that is built to last starts with a proper foundation, and that is exactly what we did here on this new build site.

We removed all topsoil down to solid clay to prep for the first layer of stone, roughly 6" of base material for the foundation of this driveway. We installed the base rock and rolled it in with a smooth drum roller for proper compaction.

Then to finalize everything we hauled in dense grade for the cap on the driveway, rolled it in and compacted the material. We left a crown in the middle of the driveway for rain water to shed off properly with no erosion issues later down the road.

The rain from Tuesday evening might have slowed us down yesterday but full steam ahead today!

Today we graded the leftover material from a previous waterline project and got that job wrapped up then this evening we made it back to the previous basement job and got the basement walk out ready for rock and footers for the wing walls!

Shares are greatly appreciated!!

Had a customer reach out needing some help with a basement dig out. The dimensions got laid out correctly but there was material that was needing removed to get the correct widths for the footer and basement walls. The floor was also not properly sloped to the walkout for any water to flow out.

We came in to completely remove the existing rock and excavate back to original material that was not disturbed. Then we went around the entire basement and shaved off material and straightened all the walls allowing for 3' of over dig around the entire foundation for plenty of room to work safely.

After that step was completed we regraded the entire floor to original material and sloped it towards the walkout so any further water could escape with no issues.

Then lastly the surveyors came out and laid it out again and I marked out the outside edge of the footer to obtain the correct width so we could install rock for the footer to be formed and poured. Just in time to beat the rain!

As a small company we strive to do everything the correct way and we take pride in the work that we do as well, call us for any work you may need done!

Back to a customers property to fix a water pressure/supply issue that has occurred in the past but had fixed itself, you might ask how? Well nobody really knows but it happened again and this time there was no solution to the problem, we took the 2" supply water line apart at the top of the hill to see if maybe something had made its way in but no still nothing, the water company come out to change the meter and that didn't fix it either. Also at this property there are two water meters side by side to service separate locations on the property for water, one meter worked fine and had the water pressures and volume to supply water. The other (new) water meter had the volume but zero pressure, you could let it sit over night and it would build up to 96 psi of pressure but as soon as you turn it on it would drain off to a trickle of water in seconds. But keep in mine both meters are right next to each other, still makes zero sense. No leaks, no blockages, just no water. Eventually we decided to do away with that meter that had the issues and tap into the other waterline and meter that works fine and come back down and tie back into the line we had problems with and the issue was resolved. Not all jobs go smooth either, we started friday evening to try to figure out the issue and we under cut around one pipe to take it apart and work clean as possible. Flushed the pipe and nothing came out so we put the pipe back together and backfilled. Sunday come around and it rained most of the weekend then the fresh fluffy dirt around the pipe we took apart collected water and the weight of the dirt cracked the pipe so we did the right thing and fixed it back. (No the pipe was not cracked the whole time) We tied everything back together, pushed all the air out of the lines and let it build pressure and we had zero leaks and the customer was good to go.

Still no answer to the issue but we got a different solution to supply water where water was needed.
