If you bought a new construction home, what are some of the things you would like explained to you?

On a job today the builder has been called multiple times for multiple issues. The homeowner is not happy at all because they feel the problem isn’t being explained nor addressed properly.

We value all of our counterparts in making your house your home. We want you to have full confidence in us and the work we are doing. It is our entire job to ensure you are satisfied with our work, our sub contractors work and answer any questions honestly with explanation. No other contractor should be coming to your home for concerns. This needs to be addressed immediately! While we understand everyone needs a pay check it’s the pride you need to take in your craft.

A lot of things you will see as your new home settles is just that, settling. We are here to make sure you know all of us on the project took every measure their is/was to prevent any issues that may arise.

So please if you are dissatisfied with your contractor tell them. Ask the questions, make them explain, and know this is your home you are paying for.

This isn’t just a job for us this is a passion 🔨⚒️🛠️🪚🔩 Thank you to all the contractors out there making peoples house and home! Y’all are the true heros in peoples lives.
