Winter project is done! Started the foundation in late December 2024 and the house is complete with an unfinished garage.

A perfect starter home for someone looking to become a home owner. Just over 1000 sq ft, 2 Bed - 2 Bath house with a 2 car garage

1st of two bardominiums that HD Development is building this year is on its way!

ShopHouse combo builds seem to be growing in popularity! From the 2 that we have going up this year, I'm hearing many friends, family, and our local community members planning to build a barndominium for thier 1st or even 2nd home. The idea of a shop combined with your home seems very beneficial/practical if somwone is limited on land space, also when it comes to cost of building them together vs separately.

There are endless great designs out there for single story or 2 story builds. If you're not sure what you'd like, give me a call and we can discuss what would make most sense for you!

Have you ever noticed or wondered why every year around mid to late May our town seems to get extra busy out of no where? When the tourist season only takes off in June.

It's because of our road restrictions! Most new construction is on hold until the restrictions come off and so every home owner, contractor, builder, heavy equipment rental place etc... is at full speed kicking off hundreds of construction projects at once!
