We're wrapping up drainage work on a Richmond property where a brand-new barn just went in. Beautiful build — but without a proper drainage system, those gutters and downspouts would pool right up against the foundation and turn the flat pasture into a swamp every time it rained.

Your drainage problem has a solution. We’ve seen it before. 💧

This property had a ditch with too steep of a grade—water wasn’t flowing where it needed to go, and the existing structure’s foundation was taking the hit. We brought in clean bank sand to level it out, then regraded the area around the dry creek bed so water is properly funneled away from the barn.

Regrading done right protects your foundation, prevents erosion, and keeps your property draining the way it should—especially here in West Houston where every rain tests your yard’s setup.
