Sometimes the problem isn’t what you can see but it’s what’s hiding underneath.
This deck looked fine on the surface, but once I opened it up I found extensive rot that would’ve only gotten worse over time. Currently tearing out the damaged sections and rebuilding the structure the right way. Making it safe and solid again for the homeowner.
Not every repair is pretty when it start but doing it right is what matters.
