Big transformation on this exterior remodel. We completely updated the siding, trim, window sills, and overall look of the home.

We are still waiting on the remaining material to arrive, so the project is not fully complete yet. The final phase will include brand new porch decking and updated railing to finish everything off the right way.

Even before the final touches, the difference is night and day. Looking forward to sharing the completed project soon.

Shower progress is a little slower on this one—but that’s normal.

There’s a lot of drying time between different phases, and rushing it is where problems start.

Once it all comes together though, it turns out clean and built to last.

Another solid day on the remodel 🔨

Both showers are sealed and ready for tile, first coat of mud is on most of the walls, and we framed up and mudded the new pantry today.

Second coat and tile work coming soon — this one is starting to come together!
