"On February 2nd we were told by another HVAC company that our heat pump had a bad coil and the repairs would be $ 4,000 and due to the units age suggested purchasing a new unit costing between $ 14,000.00. and $ 17,000.00, we wanted a second opinion and called Action Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Robert and Jamie came the next day and within fifteen minutes had the unit up and running siting a faulty circuit board return two days later with a new circuit board which they changed out. Total cost $ 343.00. Parts and labor.
They're 5 🌟 plus in my book"

Great review from Tom... "I recently had some A/C issues and was told I had a bad compressor & that it was probably best I replace the entire system which was 5 years old. Robert & Jamie from Action Air came to my families rescue and resolved the problem. This company and their service technicians are the real deal, great communication, polite & seasoned professionals! Great review from Rachel... "I had another company service my unit previously. I only used them because they live in my community & was wanting to show support. When they came out the 2nd time my unit went from being in great working condition to 6 months later I needed a new unit for $2800. They stated this after only seeing the refrigerant was low, they didn’t even come in my house or do any other assessments. I had Action Heating & Air come out for a 2nd opinion. They looked everything over from the inside out including running a dye test to look for leaks & found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit. They refilled the refrigerant that leaked (probably because the other company didn’t screw the cap on all the way) & have had zero issues since! That was 2 years ago. They have earned my trust & business for life! Honest & hardworking people!"

Great review from Mike... "My A /C WENT OUT OVER NIGHT , WOKE UP TO THE HOUSE BEING 80 DEGREES CALLED SEVERAL PLACES BUT DUE TO HEAT WAVE NOONE COULD MAKE IT OUT . Great review from Zachary... "Called them in a panic last night over my hvac system not running when I came home. They told me they would have a technician out first thing in the morning and they stuck to their word! A technician came out, fixed my system and did not give me the run around to run my bill up like other local hvac repair business in the past have done. Honest, professional and quality work. Will definitely be using them again in the foreseeable future!"
