Cvejkus Paving & Excavating Inc. is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is a hands-on role supporting a variety of site work and excavation projects.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• Spreading seed and straw
• Site clean-up and general labor duties
• Spreading and raking stone (manual/hand work)
• Laying and removing erosion control materials
• Assisting equipment operators and crew members as needed

Pay:
• Starting at $20.00 per hour
• Wage is negotiable based on experience

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Prior construction experience is a plus, but not required
• References preferred
