This is Jocelyn. Jocelyn has been my apprentice for 2 months now, and in that short time she’s learned more than most people expect when starting in the HVAC trade. From helping install systems and troubleshooting equipment to learning proper service techniques and safety procedures, she’s picked things up quickly and continues to improve every day.
What impresses me the most is how much she genuinely enjoys this job. She comes to work with a positive attitude, isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty, and is always asking questions so she can better understand how everything works. She takes pride in doing the job right and is always willing to put in the effort to learn something new.
Outside of work, one thing you’ll notice about Jocelyn is how much she loves animals. Whether she’s meeting your dogs, cats, or any other pets, she’s always excited to say hello. She knows pets are part of the family, and she enjoys making sure they’re just as comfortable with us as their owners are.
It’s been great watching her confidence grow with every service call and installation. Jocelyn has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the passion it takes to succeed in the HVAC industry.
