Full time year round work-

No experience needed-

Duties:

Preform various tasks related to water front.
Boat operation and or maintance.
Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
Opportunity for Tech schools for Boat hoists, boat maintenance and dock manufacturers.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor for extended periods of time.
Work is in and out of the water, must be comfortable in the lake.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
No experience needed but a Desire to learn waterfront related maintenance.
Work is in the Leelanau/grand traverse/benzie area, company trucks from shop- must be able to make it to the shop on time daily.

Full-time
Part time

Salary: $15- $30.00 per hour,
Depending on experience and capabilities
Overtime availability

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Benefits:

Flexible schedule:
Monday to Friday
Occasional Weekend work if desired.
