We’re Hiring!!

We’re a small construction company that takes pride in doing solid, honest work — and we’re looking for a few hardworking folks to join the crew.

If you show up on time, work hard, and take pride in what you do, you’ll fit right in. Experience helps, but it’s not everything. We care more about attitude, reliability, and being willing to learn.

We offer steady work (weather permitting), a crew that looks out for each other, and the chance to build something you can be proud of.

We’re currently hiring for:
– General Labor
We mostly stay in the field of framing, roofing and siding. Most of our work is outside in the elements. It can be challenging at times and requires tenacity. Experience with operating machinery is welcome!

Starting pay range is from $18 to $25 hourly depending on experience and capacity for responsibility. We work 40-50 hour weeks. Full-time and part-time positions available.

We were hoping to post something about spring but guess we'll have to wait! We got some heavy flurries while we set truss this morning on a future mechanic shop/equipment storage. 40' wide, 56' long, and 16' high. We'll also be adding a 20' wide lean-to on the one side for open-sided storage. Big thanks to Rigidply Rafters for their quality trusses and lumber. It has been a great summer! It's been a while since we posted, so we thought we'd share one of our larger agricultural projects of the year (50' wide x 88' long x 16' high). We offer over 20 colors to choose from, including textured paints. Our customer chose the colors Rustic Red on the roof and sides and Light Gray on the wainscoting, accented by Bright White trims. We've had a lot of rain recently, but we're grateful we had some nicer days to give this house the metal roof it needed! If you notice in the before pictures, some of the shingles are missing due to wind damage. This creates a domino effect over time, with more and more shingle layers becoming vulnerable and prone to leakage. Metal roofing that is properly installed is far more durable as each panel is linked to the adjacent panels, creating a more seamless connection with less susceptibility to wind damage and water intrusion.

This build was one of our favorite projects of 2023! We really enjoyed working for a great customer. This was our largest barndominium so far at 48'x56'. The main level is garage/storage area, and the second story will be finished out as living space. That's over 4,200 square feet in all!

Did you know that a four-person hot tub can weigh over 4,000 pounds? We designed a reinforced deck to withstand the concentrated weight. Our customer also needed the elevated surface in case of flooding from a nearby river. The pavilion adds protection from the elements, and we love the privacy screen and lighting that create a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Thanks to the Carter family for choosing us once again!
