I ran my routine preliminary pre-build budget spreadsheet for a project beginning this month. An Oklahoma residential project, line item to line item segregating the walls 2x6 frame vs ICF. Attached are my bottom line numbers. Customer selected ICF without hesitation.

Window bucking not constructed correctly. Always and only hire the experienced. We have been constructing with insulating concrete forms since 1999
