🏗️ What It Means When an Architect Refers You
A project's architect recently brought us in to take over a luxury suite build after the original GC had to step away. We didn't seek the job out — the architect made the call, because he needed someone he could trust to protect his design and his client's experience.
That's the part worth sitting with. Architects don't refer GCs lightly. Their name and reputation are tied to how the build turns out, long after they've handed off the drawings.
