Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced estimating professional to manage day-to-day estimating operations for
our growing Painting & Waterproofing company.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform Takeoffs
• Develop and Present Budgets and Proposals.
• Maintain Current Knowledge of Industry Pricing
• Participate in Project Handoff Meetings and assist in Change Orders as needed
• Collaborate with Project Managers during Pre-Construction and Construction Phases.
•Prepare Field Package with Project Plans and Specs
Requirements
• Proven Takeoff and Estimating Experience
• Proficient with Estimating Software (PlanSwift)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Building Construction Experience Required
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (Based on experience)
• 401(k)
• Paid vacation & holidays
