Prep was right, inspections passed, and we had a clean pour for this custom home addition in Thousand Oaks.

Footings were excavated and compacted. Rebar, anchor bolts, and hold-downs were installed, and epoxy anchors were inspected and approved by the deputy inspector.

Next up: structural observation followed by city inspection before concrete.

This kitchen remodel began with significant water damage from an upstairs neighbor. We fully gutted the space, addressed all underlying issues, and rebuilt it from the studs up. The finished kitchen features sleek Euro-style modern cabinets, bold green quartz countertops, a classic white subway tile backsplash, and a black sink with matching faucet.
