We’re a veteran-owned real estate and construction company, and we’ve made it a point to really understand the VA home-buying process — from VA financing and getting qualified, to knowing what homes will work with VA guidelines and what to look out for before making an offer.
We've Recently completed the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, which gives us even more specialized training when it comes to helping veterans and military families with real estate.
A lot of veterans know they have a VA loan benefit, but don’t necessarily know how much they can qualify for, how the process works, or how to get the most out of it. That’s where we want to help.
And because we handle both real estate and construction, we can look at a home from more than just the sales side. We can help you understand the property, potential repairs, improvements, and the bigger picture before you buy.
