Completed an elevator pit/stair set, ADA ramps, cold plunge pits, floor pourbacks, and retaining curbs for Jardine Builders @ Thread Wallets in Provo. This project involved a lot of complex work, including reestablishing soil bearing for these old retaining walls via the addition of underpinning/wall extensions.

Working away on an addition for a good friend of ours. It’s coming along nicely! We expect this one to be wrapped up in under a month. This 3 bed, 3 bathroom addition will add approximately 1700 Sq. Ft. Of living space and 1700 Sq Ft of space! The showers will be wrapped with solid stone slabs and there will be a stand alone tub with a private sauna in the Master suite! Stay tuned for update.

How’s this for a major upgrade?! This home must of had some kind of built in cabinetry in this area originally that was removed at some point and the owners were left with awkward closet/alcove areas in their main living room. This also meant the home had little storage on the main floor as well. So we got in contact with our custom cabinet builder and restored some character and functionality to the home. Projects like these can have a huge impact on your home’s value and we love helping our clients make their homes more functional and beautiful.
