There’s something really special about a space that doesn’t just look beautiful, it genuinely feels like the people who live in it.

The textures, the tones, the little details…every choice layered together to tell a story that’s completely their own. It’s one of the most personal parts of building, and one of our favorites to be part of.

5 years 💫🏡

Kind of wild to say that out loud… what started as “let’s try this” has turned into something we truly love (and something that definitely keeps us busy 😄)

Mike is the one you’ll see the most on the building side. He’s in it every day, on site, talking with subs, working with homeowners, figuring things out as they come. He has a way of keeping things moving and making people feel taken care of. If he’s not working, he’s in the stands somewhere watching our kids or trying to squeeze in a round of golf ⛳️

Griffen is our oldest and in such a fun stage right now. He’s always with his friends, fitting in golf when he can, and spending a lot of time on the baseball field. He’ll be playing Legion baseball this summer and heading to Dakota State University this fall to play college baseball, which still feels a little unreal 💙

Liam is right behind him and brings a whole different energy. He loves football and travel baseball ⚾️ and plays hard but also just enjoys it. He’ll be playing summer baseball with his MAG travel team, and also enjoys getting out on the golf course when he can ⛳️ When he’s not on the field, he’s with friends or watching whatever show he’s currently into 🎬

Tilly keeps things balanced around here 💕 She’s our creative one.... always busy!! The light of her life is spending time with friends, being outside and shopping for the latest and greatest “fidget”. Lately she’s been really into basketball and volleyball 🏀🏐 and it’s been so fun watching her grow into those.

And me, Shannen- I’m usually behind the scenes keeping life somewhat organized, or at least attempting to 😅 I still jump in on the design side when I can, and this past year I also stepped into real estate. It’s been such a natural extension of what we’re already doing and getting to help people build, buy, or sell has been really meaningful

This has never just been about houses for us. It’s our family, our time, and a lot of heart poured into it
