Fun little project. Customer said they did some weight reductions on thier ford truck. Was wondering if I could trim some fat off this intake manifold instead of trying to make a new one. After some trimming and cutting and a bunch of blending I got it close to where I wanted it. Threw it in the v***r blast cabinet and got it freshened up. Before welding it got an ultrasonic bath for a final cleaning. Then the extra vent holes got some cover plates welded in place. Turned out pretty good from where it started. If you need your truck parts cleaned up let me know and we can get you done up as well.

Had the pleasure to work on this awesome piece of machinery today. Buttoned up the cold side for the twins bolted to the LS set inside the rails. I like the way this thing looks and will be a fun little street ripper.

Just finished up a couple fresh systems for a few of the hayabusa shop bikes. Trying a few different things with the size variations. Hoping to get some comparison data back to back on the dyno to see what works best and what doesnt. Utilized some new tech on one of them with a 3D printed 316 stainless collector. Both systems will work with a factory location radiator. overall happy with the finished products and cant wait to see/hear them in action.

Was going to wait to post this but ive been holding it back since PRI in December and have a few pictures now of some installed stuff. Excited to say we offer components from deatschwerks. Wanted to convert my personal bikes over to a swing arm mounted fuel cell and upon talking with Brian from deatschwerks at PRI about the products they offer, we decided to see what we could come up with. After getting an order placed and too the shop we got to work on mounting the tank and figuring line routing. Still ironing out a nice mount without needing to weld to the pretty tank, but we think we might have something figured out that doesnt look thrown together. The fuel line and fittings are super nice. The PTFE line is nice and compact designed to the point i almost thought I bought 1 size smaller. The regulators are perfect for either rail mounting or tank mounting. All thier fuel pumps are E85 and methanol compatible and come with a 3 year no questions warranty. Im utilizing the 420LPH in tank pump in my personal builds. The tanks hold 3 liters of fuel and can be setup with 2 in tank pumps. Each tank is setup to wire 2 brushless or non brushless pumps, more than any bike will ever need. I cant wait to get these things finalized and in use. Did a small run of hats to see the quality before making a large order. They turned out great and ill be doing more. Going to also have a fitted version available shortly. These cases were in bad shape. Hard to believe they are 44 years old. Nice and clean and ready for someone to build. Get ahold of us if you need you engine parts v***r blasted.

Got David Davis situated with his small block chevy intake manifold. Has many seasons of racing, spilled alcohol, multiple layers of paint and clear. V***r blasted it to a new finish and finished it off with a soak and clean in the ultrasonic machine. During the process I was able to notice 2 of the threaded holes to bolt the carburetor to the intake have pulled the threads and need some inserts. Good to know now and not when he already has it bolted down to his new motor hes building and has to pull it back off to fix. Thank you to david in trusting RIP to get him looking fresh and clean.

Another good thing v***r blasting can do for you is finding things that need to be attended to before you get too far into engine assembly. Already in two separate occasions ive found things that would have been a big issue if they weren't found when they were. The one picture shows a broken thread area in a main oil galley, had these not been striped down and blasted this would of effected oil pressure and then when it broke completely could of been catastrophic. The other picture is an oil pan bolt hole. Someone either dropped this case half or it was hit with something. Would of really sucked to have the entire engine put together and go to put the oil pan on and find out it needed drilled and tapped.
