Customer was tired of “the wall of windows” losing heat and getting hot. So we demoed the 3/8”plate glass, removed all the rotten, wet, moldy framing and replaced with new treated lumber. Added couple electrical outlets, new R-30 insulation, two new windows and drywall. Finished it off with matching siding. Another happy customer.

Little kitchen refresh, sanded and painted oak cabinets, painted white, installed new hinges and pulls, poured concrete countertops, and epoxy coated. Sure brightened up the space and modernized.

85 years young and my Grandma works circles around half the guys I have hired over the years. She works 3 days a week at the local retirement home where most of the people are younger than her. Great full and proud to call her my Grandma.
