Emergency commercial job today! This facility is getting inspected soon, so they needed to have their new fire panel finished out while the on site Maintenance Director took some time for personal life.

I'm really happy with the way this turned out, and just in time! I always try to serve my customers in order received, but will make time to squeeze in urgent projects like this without messing up my schedule.

Another carpet to Lifeproof plank conversion.

This floor felt like it had water damage. When stepping across it there was a sinking, "squishing" feeling. But after the carpet was removed I discovered that the culprit was the subfloor seam running perpendicular to the floor joists. This combination along with sparse gluing of the underlayment caused a soft spot in the middle of the room.

After bracing in around the old sheet and installing a new one, I replaced the old carpet with lifeproof flooring in the color the client wanted. I love this new look, and the customer was very happy with it!

Always love giving back to our local neighbors! This was a quick job for a storefront downtown. Wanting to remove the display platform and continue flooring isn't always as straightforward as you'd hope - especially in old buildings. But with a little effort, we got the concrete leveled enough to install matched flooring to the existing finish, and trimmed out while keeping interruptions to business minimal.

This poor shed had been through a lot but housed things of sentimental value to the owner inside, so we made sure it could continue doing it's job a little while longer🙂

This room had paper maché on the walls as decor. After steaming and stripping the material from the walls I skim coated the entire surface, and then knocked it down using the sander. It got finished with orange peel texture to match the rest of the house.
