Full system install complete.

This job called for replacement of both the furnace and condenser along with a relocation of the furnace to the attic.

In some circumstances, bigger systems aren’t always the answer. In this particular job, the customer had too big of a system for the square footage of the home essentially suffocating the old system.

Making strategic calculations while taking in to consideration the square footage of the home is the answer to efficient systems that will last decades with proper maintenance plans.
