MCG has acquired Anchor Automation, a provider of industrial automation, controls integration, and connected services headquartered in Florence, South Carolina.

The acquisition expands MCG's connected services capabilities and strengthens its existing field services organization.

Customers now get one partner for engineering, manufacturing, commissioning, automation, remote monitoring, and lifecycle support.
Anchor Automation keeps its existing leadership team and now operates under the MCG brand.

Anchor Automation’s team hit the road this week, traveling to a modular chiller FWT to commission the control system.

Proud of the crew for knocking out a complex startup with precision—integrating the modular chiller controls, validating system performance, and ensuring everything communicates seamlessly across the site.

These projects highlight the value of strong partnerships, solid planning, and a team that’s willing to get hands-on wherever the work takes us.

Excited to see this system fully operational and supporting the customer’s cooling demands efficiently and reliably.
