One of Anchor Automation’s teams traveled to Kentucky to commission and bring online two fire tank heater control panels. From design to field startup, our team delivers reliable, purpose-built control solutions that perform when it matters most.

Anchor Automation’s team hit the road this week, traveling to a modular chiller FWT to commission the control system.

Proud of the crew for knocking out a complex startup with precision—integrating the modular chiller controls, validating system performance, and ensuring everything communicates seamlessly across the site.

These projects highlight the value of strong partnerships, solid planning, and a team that’s willing to get hands-on wherever the work takes us.

Excited to see this system fully operational and supporting the customer’s cooling demands efficiently and reliably.

Fabrication, Prototyping, & Testing

Panel Fabrication

Our worldwide network of panel shops provides comprehensive turnkey fabrication solutions, along with inventory management, and supply chain logistics. As part of our process, we also provide quality assurance certification, UL listing, and value engineering for our clients.

Prototyping

In collaboration with our hyperscale partners, Anchor Automation was one of the first in the industry to introduce a prototype concept for programmatic control panel development. This model provides hyperscale and automation clients alike the unique ability to deliver automation at scale, yielding exponential value. It also provides convenience and efficiency, allowing clients to leverage a prototype panel design fabricated and warehoused in our facility.
