Deck repairs done this week. New top rails, handrails, addition of an extra stair stringer and new stair treads.

This is a bathroom remodel that we did recently. New vanity, mirror, lighting, tile around tub, new shower, new flooring in toilet room, new toilet, and fresh paint. The shower will get doors but they had to be ordered and will be installed later.
Unfortunately there are not really before pictures of the overall, sorry about that.

A few upgrades done while the weather was nice!New sconce lighting fixtures inside the home, and 2 new storm doors for the rear deck.

Sometimes, when you’re doing a job, you leave a signature mark , like branding your work in an inconspicuous way. Also, sometimes you feel like leaving something that no one will see until your work is demolished or at least part is removed in some way, just to be silly.
This particular “mark” was one of the latter with adhesive.😁

This is a recent upgrade done to a staircase.
Walls built and drywalled on each side, wood wall cap, newel posts, rails, and decorative spindles.
Homeowner has stained wood posts and rail gray.
The stairs will receive new carpet later.

A bathroom remodel and hallway facelift done recently.
The hallway received bead board, an adjoining trim board between door trims, coat hooks and an accent color.
The bathroom received an accent wall by installing tile on the wall from floor to ceiling, new vanity sink and faucet, & trim modification.

A project done recently for finish work on a whole house remodel. New guard rail and newel post at the top of the stairs with a handrail going down the stairs, new shelves and rods in closets, replacement spindles/guardrails on basement stairs, and a new exterior door and frame in the basement custom built on site with exterior cedar trim added and interior trim boards.
