Behind every clean facility is a team doing the work.

Most of what our employees do happens after hours, behind the scenes, and long after everyone else has gone home.

From daily janitorial service to floor care and everything in between, these are some of the people who keep our customers' facilities clean, safe and ready for the next day.

We're proud of the work they do - and even prouder of the people doing it.

This is Beth.
Beth made the critical mistake of being competent.

So naturally, we gave her approximately 47 jobs.

Beth has recently stopped volunteering for things. 😂

We appreciate you, Beth. Seriously. ❤️

It's always the things nobody thinks to clean. 👀

Coffee makers, dispensers, handles, buttons, edges, undersides—the little things have a way of becoming very big things when they're ignored long enough.

Fortunately, we happen to enjoy this kind of before and after. 🧽✨

The details matter.

We owe our dad an apology.

For years, we made fun of his filing system.
Specifically, this folder.

It was labeled:
PAPERS.

That's it. Just... papers. 😂

We felt this was unnecessarily vague and gave him an appropriate amount of grief about it.

Then, while going through 35 years of Top Notch records, we found another one of Dad's folders.
It contained license plates.

Suddenly, “PAPERS” seemed remarkably specific.
We would like to formally withdraw our criticism of Big Tim's filing system. 😐

Serving the Ohio Valley since 1991 — apparently with an organizational system only its founder fully understood. 😂
