🔨 Happy Construction Appreciation Week 🔨

Behind every home, business, road and growing community are skilled tradespeople who show up, work hard and turn plans into reality.

Their knowledge, craftsmanship and dedication are essential - not only to the construction industry, but to the strength and future of our communities. These careers deserve our respect, support and appreciation every week of the year.

Views like this are just one of the many things that make Cooper’s Point so special. This photo was taken at the clubhouse, just a short distance from our lot. The beautiful marsh, moss-covered oaks, and even a few friendly visitors make it easy to picture life here.

We’re excited to share the location of our first build in beautiful Cooper’s Point in Townsend, Georgia!

Our homesite sits on lot 122 of Sapelo Hammock Golf Club, surrounded by the natural beauty and coastal charm that make this community so special.

Cooper’s Point offers incredible amenities, including a deepwater community dock and boardwalk, marshfront pavilion, three swimming pools, ten ponds, beautiful hundred-year-old live oaks, abundant wildlife and easy access to I-95.

A beautiful homesite, an incredible community, and a brand new Lee Select home coming soon.

Every great home starts with a vision… and an empty lot.

Today it’s just land. Soon it’ll be a place where memories are made. We’re excited to bring this home to life—stay tuned as we build it from the ground up.
