Renovating part of an 1883 historic home in Smyrna's historic district was a particularly rewarding experience for us. The homeowners had long endured the frustration of a leaky roof, with repeated temporary fixes failing to provide a lasting solution. The roof's condition, as shown in the photos, was marked by widespread water accumulation, which had taken a significant toll on its structural integrity. This was just one of the many challenges we addressed in the course of the project.

Ultimately, our clients are thoroughly enjoying their newly renovated space, which is perfect for unwinding with a good book or a movie, and features a striking color-changing fireplace.
