Meet the Owner: Rocky Luce

Rocky’s been working with his hands his whole life—building, fixing, creating. From full home remodels to small side projects like custom benches and backyard upgrades, he truly does it all. He’s got every tool in the book and the experience to match, but what really sets him apart is how much he cares about the work and the people he’s doing it for.

He even has his own dump trailer, making clean-up and removal quick and stress-free—just one more way he keeps every job running smoothly from start to finish.

He’s easy to talk to, always takes the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for, and brings it to life with a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that’s hard to find. Whether it’s a quick fix or a full renovation, Rocky’s the kind of guy who treats every project like it’s his own home.

This transformation is truly something special. What was once dark, dated, and closed off has been completely reimagined into a bright, modern, and welcoming home. Every room was thoughtfully updated — from the bold new flooring and clean paint throughout to the fresh, airy finishes that make the space feel brand new.

Even the exterior got a major upgrade with the addition of a garage, enhancing both function and curb appeal. The difference is night and day, and the final result speaks for itself.

It’s amazing what vision, craftsmanship, and care can do.

Full deck transformation complete!
We removed the old decking boards and railings and replaced everything with brand new Trex decking, Trex railings, and custom-built stairs. The whole project took a little over a week from start to finish — built to last and ready to enjoy.
