Another one in motion! Always a great feeling starting a new project. This time it’s a custom guest house in Oro Valley. Plans are set, forms are going in, and progress is underway! Excited to bring this project to life 🔨👍

Big pour coming! 3,000 sq ft slab ✔️
Foundation locked in, plumbing inspected, rebar tied up, and forms tight… all ready for about 3,000 sq ft of guest house slab! ✅
Inspection approved ✔️ … and more importantly, Liam approved 🦺👷‍♂️
That’s the one that really counts 😂

We poured this 20’x16’ slab, 6” thick with #4 rebar at 18” O.C. Strong enough to hold a commercial fridge, built to last. From framing and tying steel ➝ to a clean, smooth finish.
