Recent house painting. The house was definitely brought back to life!
T1-11 can be tricky to paint as it has the grooves inbetween panels, and the grain can change within the same panel making it seem like some spots were painted and others werent.

After various repairs, sanding, a wash and priming with a high build exterior primer, we applied 2-3 coats of some Sherwin Williams paint. The T1-11 was able to rejuvenate!

Its amazing how much more space you have in a shower after removing the tub. Also liking these newer sturdier shower pans! Very affordable option and no extra grout lines to clean!

Before and after of a bathroom we finished up recently.

Opening up those walls sure does let in more light and makes the shower feel much bigger!

Loving the Fittes floor vent. Flush with flooring, still allows for bathroom to heat up but not excessively and best of all, youre not constantly walking over a hump or hitting your toe nail.
