Everything upstream of this moment is a drawing.

Steel gets cut, fit, and welded, and then somebody stands there with a grinder and makes the welds disappear. There's no automating the judgment in it. He knows by feel and by sound when the surface is right, and no CAD model has ever told anybody that.

Busy week on the shipping dock. These are PE-30 positioners, built in Tulsa, going out to shops that need a part held at the right angle all day long.

They're small enough to sit on a bench and sturdy enough to outlast the welder who owns them.

It is HOT here in Oklahoma! So as a lunchtime treat, we hired Okie Italian Ice to bring their truck into our factory floor to give our employees a chance to take a break and cool off with cups of Italian ice in several different flavors. Stay cool and safe where you are too!

Shipping this week: our largest-capacity Skyhook to date.
This unit is rated to handle up to 7,000 lbs — built and finished right here on our Tulsa shop floor.

This is one of our Manipulators mid-build — the boom and column getting welded, ground, and checked for a clean, consistent finish before it moves on to the next station. Manipulators do the heavy lifting on the shop floor, and that heavy-duty reliability starts here.

Blue. Gray. Even orange. Wrapped and staged.

Three turning roll systems ready to leave our dock. Different color finishes, same purpose — support and rotate cylindrical weldments so the welder stays in flat position and the arc stays consistent.

Pipe. Vessel. Tank. If it's round and it needs welding, it needs rollers.
