Trust the process = Superior outcomes
Every pre-78’ home goes through the same process, it takes time-the end result is a full 8 year warranty with our proprietary process. When it comes to lead houses, i can assure you-nobody in the valley comes close, it’s why we do so many!
Step 1- Bud the project, sign contract, select colors.
Step 2-lay out plastic, suit up and start scraping!
Step 3-oil prime with shellac primer to seal tannins as well as superior wood fiber adhesion.
Step 4- spray on high build bonding primer and brush/roll to fill in cracks, chips, dips, crevices, etc etc
Step 5- caulk remaining areas in need of caulking
Step 6- top coat in Miller evolution, the highest grade paint you can possibly put on a house in this state!(lifetime warranty)
Step 7- walk project, collect payment, post pictures!
It can take weeks to complete these steps, but without each one, the end result just can’t match our desired level of quality.
Throughout the process, the house ends up receiving multiple coats of varied coatings, it’s a labor of love, and the price tag reflects. If the final result is more important than price, give us a call 📞
