What You’ll Do:
· Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
· Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance
· Troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently
· Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with clients
· Keep accurate records of work performed
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)
· EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) required
· Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to quality work

*Participate in on the job training and develop skills to advance within the company.
*Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
*Previous HVAC experience preferred but not required.
*Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn.
*Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
*Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
*Ability to work well in a team or independently.
*Good communication skills and customer focused attitude
*Valid Driver’s license
