We are looking to expand KP Preventative Maintenance, our AC Cleaning business! Our experience is in nursing homes all across Tennessee, where we have serviced and cleaned both PTAC and HVAC units for over 20 years. We are excited to announce that we are looking to move towards residential and local businesses in Northwest Tennessee.
We specialize in coil cleaning, but are looking to remove leaves from units in addition to cleaning your AC's coils. By cleaning the coils, we are helping to improve the air quality in your home and increase the efficiency and longevity of your unit.
Our services for residential and local businesses will focus in HVAC. The base rate for homes is only $50.00 per unit, while businesses will be $60.00 per unit.
