Great review from Nikki... "We found ourselves without hot water. I called Chipps at 9:00 a.m., and the technician was at my house before 10am. Shane was quick the diagnosed that the tank had failed. By noon, the tank was replaced and new expansion tank installed. Excellent quick service, I expected to be waiting days for an appointment."
