We are selling out. All properties will be on market this week. Business will officially be closed as of July 11th. Ron hasn't been involved in over 5yrs and I am burnt out trying to keep things going for the boys. This was supposed to be a father/son business but turned into a mother trying to keep things going. With that being said it is going to be a relief letting go of this journey not a sadness.

We are getting ready to possibly rent out Van Buren property again. $550 a month plus a $750 deposit due before moving in.
Tenant's are responsible for pay all utilities,trash and yard upkeep.We do allow small pets with a non-refundable pet deposit of $150 due before moving in.

We at it again and this one was a pain in the ass to get removed..trashed the place,hasn't paid rent since Feb. 2023..and was causing a big issue with many residents in town,problems with the city and law enforcement.
