With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved Nat Conti on November 8, 2025 and extend our deepest condolences to the Conti Family.
Nat was a legend in the construction industry here in New Jersey—an icon whose name stands for excellence, integrity, and unwavering commitment. His motto, “Done Once. Done Right.” wasn’t just a tagline; it was the standard he brought to every job, every site, every team.
As a third-generation Conti, Nat built upon the vision of his father and grandfather, taking the company to new heights. Under his leadership from 1959 to 1989, he expanded their legacy through hard work, and a relentless pursuit of quality. In 1990, Kurt Conti, our current Chairman, carried that same spirit forward, further growing the organization into who we are today.
Nat always kept family tradition and stressed the importance of quality craftsmanship coupled with high integrity. Nat’s impact is engrained in every facet of what we do. He taught us that craftsmanship matters, that relationships matter, that legacy isn’t built in a day but through years of safe work, fair deals, and work ethic. He built more than structures—he built culture, he built community, he built respect. For those that worked directly with Nat, you know that he was no stranger to the work, he was boots on the ground, hands dirty, get the job done. His leadership generated a following that will be talked about for years to come.
Though he has gone to be with the Lord, his spirit remains with us. His influence is in the precision of our work, and we will carry his memory in the pride we carry for our company.
He will always be remembered—not just for what he built, but for who he was.
With heartfelt sympathy and profound gratitude, Rest in Peace Nat.
