We’ve been busy building a wall outside and getting structural steel inside at the Bibb Theatre renovation project in downtown Macon. Getting steel in place inside an existing historic structure can be a challenge, but we’ve had a great crew figuring it out. Once it’s done, we will be ready to start building UP!

Our 7th Street Lofts project got a fresh coat of paint, and we can’t stop staring. We are making steady progress inside and can’t wait to share more soon!

Choosing a builder means trusting them with your budget, your timeline, and your vision — that's no small thing. At Flint Building Company, we know that trust is earned on every job, not assumed, and we never take it for granted. It's why we show up with honest communication and hard work, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

"When unforeseen conditions came up, [Flint] came to us quickly with
a plan, communicated openly about the impact, and kept the work moving. The delays we did experience were outside of Flint's control; Flint met every schedule commitment that was theirs to meet, and the project was completed in line with the adjusted schedule." - Kaitlynn Kressin, Owner of Bibb Music Lofts

We are grateful for every owner who decides to partner with us on their project!

A little sneak peek of the ECG Training Institute before final photos are taken! Just a few finishing touches left. This project has come together beautifully.

We pause today to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. To the first responders, service members, and families who carried the weight of that day and in the years since — we remember, we honor, and we will never forget.

Notice anything different? We’ve got floors going in to a lot of units at the 7th Street Lofts project, and they look incredible!

Change orders are inevitable — but they don't have to blow the budget or timeline when they're handled with openness from the start.

'Change order discussions were transparent, cost implications were clearly communicated, and we were never left guessing about where things stood financially. Their approach gave us confidence that the project budget was being managed responsibly throughout.'

That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
