🏡🐘 From bare bones to a whole new part of the home...

Take a look at this basement project we recently wrapped up right here in West Bridgewater!

What started as 600+ square feet of unfinished space with exposed framing and concrete floors is now a comfortable living area with fresh walls, recessed lighting, beautiful new flooring, and all the finishing touches.

We love helping homeowners make better use of the space they already have. It's one of the reasons basement finishing is a favorite for our crew, especially this time of year! 🍂

And we know how it goes… life gets busy, other projects come first, and the basement stays on the "someday" list. But seeing a transformation like this is a pretty good reminder that the extra space you've been wishing for might already be right downstairs.

If your basement has been on your mind for a while, send us a message! We'd love to hear your ideas, come take a look and help you figure out where to start. 🐘

🎃 What a fun afternoon in Bridgewater!

A special thank you to the For Effect Foundation Inc. & Bridgewater MA 4th of July Committee for including us in today's fun! We loved being part of it and appreciate all you do to bring our community together.

Between all the creative costumes, catching up with familiar faces, and meeting new ones, it was so nice seeing everyone out enjoying the afternoon together.

We brought over 800 pieces of candy and STILL ran out! 😂 ..Three kiddos even went home with pens instead… and to our surprise, they were absolutely thrilled! Seeing all those happy faces made our day. 🧡🖤

🐘 Wishing everyone a fun and safe Halloweek from Team Kingsley 🎃

Remember the front walkway we were prepping over in East Bridgewater last week? Well, look at it now! 😍

Our crew installed Nicolock Stoneridge pavers in South Bay Blend with a Raven Charcoal Sailor Ridgebrick border. The color contrast with the darker border really makes those sweeping curves stand out, creating a beautiful, welcoming entrance from the driveway right up to the front steps.

We still have a few finishing touches to take care of where the pavers meet the yard, but we couldn't wait to share how it's coming along! 🐘

A backyard transformation doesn't have to come with a big price tag.

When this homeowner reached out, she described the massive overgrowth covering her back fence. In her words, “I don't even want to call them weeds.” 😂

One look at the photos, and we understood!

Our crew got right in there, cleared the heavy brush and debris, removed the old fence, and installed new spruce panels with pressure-treated posts. What a difference and all in the same week! ✨

Our economy-line spruce fencing is a practical, budget-friendly option for replacing an old fence, defining your yard, or giving your four-legged friends a secure space to enjoy — without the higher price tag.

Well, this made our morning! 🐘❤️

When you’re deciding who to trust with your home, hearing from someone who’s been there helps. One of our homeowners sent this message about her new basement drainage system, and we couldn’t help but share.

From the layout to the neat finish, she noticed the care our crew put into the work. That means a lot. And she’s enjoying learning how it all works, too. Even better!

We’re grateful to everyone in our Kingsley circle who takes a moment to send a kind message, leave a review, or recommend us to a neighbor. Your words encourage our team and give other homeowners a real look at what it’s like to work with us.

A big thank-you to our crew for the hard work behind this message. What a nice way to head into the weekend! 💪

A walkway that lasts starts with the prep underneath.

This walkway project in East Bridgewater is getting close! Our crew now has the base prepped and ready for its new Nicolock pavers.

A properly compacted stone dust base helps reduce shifting and settling, which is especially important here in New England with wet ground and freeze-thaw cycles.

Dave also walked the project with the homeowner, answered questions, and talked through what’s coming next. We like our homeowners to feel informed, involved, and comfortable as the project comes together.

And now for the fun part… the pavers are here! 🙌 Next up: getting them laid and watching this walkway really come to life. 🏡🐘

A simple problem. A much cleaner solution.

This homeowner reached out to us looking for a long-term solution to the weeds and plant growth that kept coming up around the pool area.

Our crew removed the existing dirt, rocks, and plantings around the perimeter, installed a compacted stone base and reinforcement, and poured approximately 170 feet of new concrete skirt around the pool area.

It may not be the biggest transformation we’ve shared, but it’s exactly the kind of practical home improvement that makes a difference — a cleaner finish, less maintenance, and one less area for the homeowner to keep fighting every season. 🐘💪

Sometimes the best projects are simply about solving the problem.

Last weekend gave the South Shore a whole lot of rain… and kept our crew busyyyyyy 🌧️🐘

Our team has been busy catching up on emergency waterproofing calls, sump pump issues, drainage problems, and homeowners finding water where it definitely shouldn’t be!

We’re finally starting to come up for air — and naturally, there’s more rain in the forecast. 😅

If last weekend exposed a problem in your basement or crawl space, don’t ignore it just because things have dried out. Water has a way of showing you exactly where your home needs some attention.

And don’t be afraid to call just because it’s “only rain.” You don’t need to wait for a flooded basement or a major emergency to have something checked out !!

Whether your sump pump couldn’t keep up, you noticed damp spots, or you’re just not sure where the water is getting in, send us a few photos. We’re happy to take a look, talk it through, and help you figure out a sensible, lasting solution.

Stay dry, South Shore. ☔🐘

When a basement finally feels like part of the home. 🏠✨

A finished basement can add so much more than extra square footage — it gives you more room for everyday life.

We loved seeing this one come together 🐘
