The next step of our major addition project in Raynham is officially underway, and today is all about the concrete pour from -Mix

Getting the mix down is only half the battle— from Walkways and Beyond is hard at work screeding, floating, and finishing to ensure this surface is perfectly smooth, level, and sharp. A strong foundation is essential, but we make sure it looks great, too! ✨

Kingsley Improvements is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Lead Carpenter to run the show on our job sites and help shape the future of our industry!

What You’ll Do:
Lead by Example: Oversee daily job site operations, manage crew members, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Bring Vision to Life: Handle everything from framing to high-end finish carpentry with precision.

Problem Solve: Read blueprints, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and keep projects moving smoothly and on schedule.

Client Connection: Act as a professional, trustworthy point of contact for our clients during construction.

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years experience in residential remodeling and carpentry.

Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills.

A deep pride in your workmanship and a positive, team-first attitude.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Krystal Kingsley.

Not only does Krystal handle a huge part of our bookkeeping, office operations, customer communication, and all the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the company moving forward, but she also has a passion for making our community look better.

This year, Kingsley Improvements is proud to sponsor the traffic island at Indian Path Road & Route 106 in Halifax, and Krystal took the lead in transforming it into something beautiful for everyone driving through town to enjoy. 🌺🌻🌷
