Coastal Construction & Design is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team.

We’re not a production builder. We specialize in high-end renovations, additions, historic restorations, and custom design-build projects throughout Southern Maine. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, communicates well with clients and subcontractors, and can confidently lead projects from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who:
✔ Has strong carpentry skills and field experience
✔ Can read plans and manage day-to-day jobsite operations
✔ Leads by example and works well with others
✔ Takes ownership of quality, scheduling, and organization
✔ Wants to be part of a company that values craftsmanship over volume

We offer year-round work, competitive pay based on experience, and the opportunity to work on some truly unique projects with a small, dedicated team.
