We don’t post much as we stay busy with our customers. That’s a good thing! We did take the time to treat our people to a great night celebrating Christmas and our team over the weekend. Started with dinner at Adam’s Street Chophouse then we had some entertainment at MadAxe. 2025 will be the 6th year for OEM Combustion Service and I couldn’t be more proud of the team we have built!

Merry Christmas from OEM Combustion Service! Last night we celebrated our team, families and the Christmas season with our annual Christmas party. We had a wonderful evening of limousine service, axe throwing, and a wonderful meal at 1933 Lounge.

We took a call this weekend from a customer that needed a part as they had a failure. As luck would have it, we had what they needed and then we made a little drive up to Green Bay to deliver!

We value our customers and we know what it takes to make it in manufacturing. Unexpected downtime is a killer.

Tuesday we took a call from another great customer in California. They had a plant down and need some specialty parts that we just happened to have on hand. We rushed to beat the clock and was able to get all three boxes set up for next day air delivery. From the time we took the call until we dropped off at UPS was couple hours! 1/2 hour before they closed for the evening. Try that with other large suppliers. You will spend a couple hours just trying to get the right person on the phone. I personally walked that customer through the set up procedure on the phone the next day and we had them back in production within 15 mins of them calling for support after the got the parts installed.

We had all 4 techs out last week and took an emergency support call for a customer in Georgia. Since we had a tech get done early in the week we was able to deploy him to site to cover this emergency support. By Friday afternoon that customer was back into production!

It’s Friday and your plant is down? You don’t have the specialty part you need on the shelf? Need hand delivered service to the local airport? No problem! Call us and we will do WHATEVER it takes to get you back in production. OEM Combustion Service and ON Demand Parts doesn’t care that it’s Friday evening.

We had a customer in need today and we thought we could overnight the control parts UPS. UPS can’t get it to remote west Texas until Monday. The customer then asked if we could get this arrangement set up as they have a private jet. HELL YES was our answer!!!

We know we are not a normal business. We are WAY better than that! We are working people that’s been in this industry for many years. We get what it is that the customer needs. Let us know what we can do for you!

OEM Combustion Service, who specializes in servicing onsite industrial combustion air heating systems, is extremely pleased to announce the addition of Drew Samuelson to our team of experienced and outstanding technicians! Drew holds a degree in Instrumentation and Control Automation Technology from New River Community College and has 5 years of field experience at Martin Control out of Virginia. Drew brings a ton of energy to our team, and we are very excited to get him in the field to work for our wonderful customer base.
