Full time skilled work and labor help to the right person. Start ASAP @$15/ hr increases as deserved -you impress me and you’ll be rewarded $$ for it. (My current helper makes $17/ hr - he started 6 months ago @$15/ hr).
Work involves: Loading & unloading scaffolding, driving & delivering, forklift operation (Experience a plus - can train), moving labor, light repairs & mig welding (experience a plus -can train). Below is a list of qualities I am looking for (you should be able to check all of these boxes or you’re probably not the guy for me):
-No drug use
-Honest
-Reliable & Hardworking
-Motivated and works well without supervision.
-Good physical condition-no back problems or health issues. (Able to lift 50 lbs easily/ repeatedly).
-Common sense (seems obvious -but not everyone has it).
-Good at understanding & following directions
-Read a tape measure
-Clean driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Desirable skills I’d like to see -(the more of these skills you have the better).
-Good mechanical skills -good w/ tools & fixing things.
-Carpentry/construction experience - a plus
-Welding (mig) - a plus
-Forklift - a plus
